本着对顾客、员工和环境负责任的态度，NBBSE致力于为顾客提供安全、环保的产品和服务，为员工提供安全、健康的工作环境。而达成这一目标是每一位员工共同的责任和义务。为此，NBBSE将：

1. 遵守所有适用的环境、职业健康和安全相关的法律、法规、标准和相关方的要求，做一个守法的社会公民
2. 通过对重大环境因素进行持续的评价、控制、检查和改进，减少环境影响和预防环境污染
3. 通过培训、检查和工艺改进，降低手机制造过程中能源和资源的消耗
4. 识别重大危险源，落实岗位安全责任制，预防和减少工伤、火灾、疾病等重大事故的发生
5. 建立安全、健康的行为规范、作业规范和工作环境，以零事故和无职业病作为我们长期追求的目标，使员工均可在一个无工伤和无职业病伤害的环境中工作；
6. 为员工提供良好的培训机会，提升员工的能力和素质，提高每位员工的环保、职业健康与安全责任感；
7. 积极推动NBBSE可以施加影响的相关方在安全、职业健康和环保方面的努力和改进；

NBBSE Environment, Safety & Health Policy:
To be responsible for all clients and employees, NBBSE apply itself to provide safety and environmental products and services for customers, and good work environment for employees. What’s more, these targets belong to all employees in NBBSE. Therefore NBBSE will:

• Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, standards and interested parties’ requirements related to environment, occupational health and safety, and to be a lawful social citizen.
• Ensure the continuous assessment, control, management and continual improvement for significant environment aspect, to minimize environmental impacts and prevent environmental pollution.
• Strive to decrease the energy and resource consumptions during mobile manufacturing by training, inspection and techniques improvement.
• Identify significant hazards and implement safety responsibility for different positions, so that to prevent or decrease injury, fire, disease and so on.
• Set up safe and healthy behavior/operational criterion and work environment, take “zero accident and no occupational disease” as our long term target, and make sure that our employees are working in a no-injury condition.?
• Provide appropriate training for employees at all levels to improve employees’ competences and skills, and to enhance their accountability for environment, health and safety.
• Strive to push the interested parties that can be influenced by NBBSE to make improvement on environment, health and safety.
• Ensure the continual improvement of EHS performance by periodic EHS evaluation
